AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that drive the future of financial technology.

• Implement GenAI, agent-based systems, and advanced machine learning models to enhance our platform's capabilities.

• Take ownership of the complete AI lifecycle: Design and execute robust data models that support AI/ML initiatives.

• Architect data pipelines to guarantee seamless data integration and processing within the solution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI/ML functionalities into our multi-product, multi-issuer platform.

• Develop scalable machine learning pipelines and efficient data processing workflows.

• Build, test, and optimize AI models across various cloud platforms; AWS experience (including SageMaker and Bedrock) is a plus.

• Ensure reliable deployment practices and uphold the performance and scalability of AI systems.

• Design and implement an Agentic Framework specifically tailored for the needs of Financial Advisors.

• Advocate for MLOps best practices to enhance the continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of machine learning models.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to foster continuous improvement within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.

• Comprehensive understanding of GenAI, agent-based systems, ML models, and prompting techniques.

• Hands-on experience with OCR technologies, vector databases, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and familiar with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Experience with cloud platforms is advantageous; AWS experience (particularly with AWS SageMaker and Bedrock) is a bonus but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach.

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Experience within the financial technology sector, especially with structured products or annuities.

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with DevOps best practices and contributions to open-source projects.
