This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Developing and deploying generative AI functionalities from start to finish: including model selection and fine-tuning, all the way to the inference processes that utilize them.
• Crafting multi-agent and RAG architectures, along with anomaly detection systems that are precise, observable, and cost-efficient at scale.
• Managing the real-time inference layer on Triton and TensorRT, with a focus on optimizing latency, throughput, and GPU utilization.
• Establishing surrounding microservices using Python and FastAPI, containerized and orchestrated for enhanced reliability.
• Setting high technical standards: making architectural choices, improving code quality, and mentoring fellow engineers.
• Collaborating with research and product teams to transform concepts from experiments into dependable services for customers.
• 5 to 10 years of pertinent experience, including a demonstrated history as a technical leader who provides mentorship.
• Strong, up-to-date Python engineering skills, with production services developed and deployed (FastAPI or comparable frameworks).
• Genuine, hands-on expertise in GenAI: including LLMs, RAG, agentic or multi-agent processes, anomaly detection, and fine-tuning techniques (such as LoRA or PEFT).
• Real-time inference experience using NVIDIA Triton and TensorRT, with a keen focus on latency, throughput, and cost considerations.
• A microservices-oriented mindset, with services developed in Python and FastAPI, containerized and orchestrated for reliability.
• Strong foundation in Docker and Kubernetes, along with experience in large-scale distributed systems on a major cloud platform.
• Eligibility to work in the UK. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and are dedicated to equal opportunity.
• Nice to have:
• Familiarity with vLLM or other serving frameworks in conjunction with Triton and TensorRT.
• Background in security, networking, or other high-reliability sectors.
• Experience with big-data tools (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake) and modern MLOps practices.
• Fully remote work opportunity from anywhere in the UK, focused on delivery rather than physical presence.
• A clear trajectory for growth into staff and principal-level technical influence.
• Comprehensive support from C-Serv throughout the hiring journey and beyond, with full accountability for the process.
• A values-driven, woman-owned delivery partner founded on principles of empathy, integrity, collaboration, and growth.
