AI/ML Developer – Specialist, Platform & Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical enablement for engineering and product teams utilizing the AI Web platform

• Drive the adoption of components, patterns, and best practices for the development and deployment of AI agents at scale

• Organize and implement the migration of legacy AI solutions to the updated platform

• Continuously identify bugs, gaps in documentation, and barriers to adoption; recommend solutions and ensure their implementation

• Create high-quality technical documentation, including:

• Technical guides and tutorials

• Reference architectures

• Operational runbooks

• Practical code examples

• Convert feedback from internal communities into actionable insights for product and engineering teams

• Serve as the technical authority and main point of contact between the AI platform and its consumer teams

• Aid in defining and evolving architectural and governance standards for AI solutions

• Extensive experience with AI/ML platforms in production within large enterprise settings

• Profound understanding of AI agents, LLMs, and workflow orchestration patterns

• Prior experience in technical enablement, developer advocacy, solution architecture, or AI platforms

• Demonstrated ability to produce reference technical documentation and lead knowledge transfer sessions

• Highly self-sufficient, capable of identifying issues, proposing solutions, and executing with minimal guidance

• Excellent communication skills with a variety of technical audiences
