AI Workflow Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the execution of AI and automation Proofs of Concept (POCs), from conception to validation.

• Quickly assess tools, frameworks, and automated workflows to address business challenges.

• Rapidly iterate by prioritizing speed, learning, and business impact over perfection.

• Design and develop automated workflows using contemporary AI technologies (LLMs, copilots, automation platforms).

• Identify chances to automate repetitive or manual tasks across various teams.

• Continuously enhance workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.

• Convert business challenges into actionable AI use cases.

• Collaborate closely with DevOps to ensure that solutions are practical, secure, and cost-effective.

• Define and monitor KPIs for AI projects (e.g., time savings, cost reductions, adoption rates).

• Provide support for leadership and Board-level visibility into AI projects and their impact.

• Assess tools and architectures with a strong emphasis on cost efficiency.

• Make informed decisions regarding build, buy, or integrate strategies.

• Work alongside dedicated DevOps resources to optimize deployments.

• Demonstrate a high level of proactivity and self-motivation.

• Be comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid iteration cycles.

• Exhibit strong communication skills to influence various teams.

• Maintain a focus on business impact rather than just technical output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field.

• 2–6 years of experience in AI, automation, operations, or technical strategy positions.

• Strong capability to connect business and technology concepts.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow systems.

• Experience in building or supporting POCs or internal tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an execution-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, RAG systems, or LLM-based tools.

• Basic programming knowledge (Python or similar) is not required to be extensive.

• Experience working with DevOps or deployment processes.

• Background in fintech or data-driven sectors.
