AI Visual Creator – Static Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Transform ad angles, hooks, and messaging briefs provided by creative strategists into visual concepts that come to life.

• Create high-quality, original images utilizing AI tools such as Midjourney, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Flux, or similar platforms.

• Handle 4 briefs daily, producing 12-18 images for each brief.

• Challenge creative limits with humor, unexpected compositions, surreal visuals, and unconventional angles that capture attention.

• Collaborate with creative strategists in real-time, rapidly iterating based on feedback and refining prompts to achieve the ideal visual.

• Deliver final images to the in-house design team for integration into completed static ads.

• Maintain a deep understanding of each client's brand and market to ensure generated visuals align with their voice and audience.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest AI image generation tools, models, and techniques, actively testing and integrating new capabilities into the workflow.

• Ensure an organized workflow: track which prompts yield which visuals, categorize generated assets, and maintain reference libraries for ongoing campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in producing commercial-grade visuals using AI image tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Flux, Nano Banana, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or similar).

• A portfolio showcasing AI-generated works that reflect strong aesthetic judgment, creative diversity, and the capability to create striking imagery rather than generic stock-like outputs.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential, as constant communication with creative strategists is required.

• Clear, swift, and articulate communication skills are mandatory.

• A genuinely creative individual: someone who can take a brief ad angle and propose three innovative visual directions for it.

• Strong aesthetic sense: the ability to differentiate between forgettable AI images and those that grab attention, along with the knowledge of how to refine prompts to achieve this.

• Familiarity with performance marketing and direct-response advertising is a significant advantage, as understanding what drives ad success aids in generating intentional imagery.

• A fast iteration mindset, comfortable with producing multiple variations, embracing feedback without ego, and refining quickly.

• Highly proficient in AI applications. You are deeply engaged in the AI image generation field and eager to explore further, rather than someone who has merely experimented.
