AI Videographer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of AI-driven video production for direct-to-consumer performance advertisements.

• Convert creative briefs, concepts, scripts, angles, shot lists, and visual intentions into accurate visual prompts.

• Create AI-generated footage assets that align with the provided creative briefs.

• Collaborate with internal teams and effectively manage creative feedback.

• Enhance prompt systems, templates, and workflows.

• Partner with the senior editing team to establish and improve standard operating procedures and workflows.

• Assist the operations team in developing AI production agents.

• Deliver high-quality, performance-oriented AI video outputs that are ready for editing and delivery.

• A strong curiosity regarding AI and its application in turning creative concepts into paid social content.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced performance environment.

• Enthusiasm for building systems rather than focusing solely on one-off outputs.

• A keen visual sensibility and a solid grasp of pacing, framing, and storytelling.

• Proficiency in interpreting creative briefs and translating intentions into visual representations.

• Comfort in rapidly iterating and responding to feedback.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to output quality.

• Formal experience is less important than demonstrated craft and curiosity — we want to see your work, not just hear about it.

• Familiarity with AI video generation tools such as VO3, SORA 2, Arc Ads 2.0, and other emerging platforms.
