This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Edit and create both short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Develop captivating video advertisements for Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid media outlets.
• Transform podcasts, interviews, webinars, and existing materials into various video formats.
• Incorporate captions, motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance engagement and audience retention.
• Optimize videos based on platform-specific best practices and audience behavior.
• Leverage AI-driven creative tools to streamline video production processes and boost efficiency.
• Produce AI-generated videos, voiceovers, avatars, animations, and visual assets when suitable.
• Stay updated on emerging AI video technologies and suggest innovative content opportunities.
• Create and oversee monthly video content calendars that align with marketing goals and campaigns.
• Strategize and manage content distribution across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and advertising platforms.
• Actively present content ideas, campaign concepts, creative angles, and storytelling techniques.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support initiatives related to education, promotion, recruiting, thought leadership, and brand awareness.
• Maintain a well-rounded mix of organic content, founder-focused content, recruiting materials, and paid advertising creatives.
• Track video performance metrics such as engagement, watch time, audience retention, click-through rates, and reach.
• Evaluate content performance and offer recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
• Experiment with new formats, hooks, creative styles, and content strategies to improve outcomes and maximize impact.
• Contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, audience growth, and overall marketing effectiveness through video content.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, multimedia production, or related areas.
• A strong portfolio showcasing experience with social media content, video advertising, YouTube content, or similar projects.
• Advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or comparable platforms.
• Practical experience with AI-driven creative tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Sora, or similar solutions.
• A solid grasp of current social media trends and platform-specific content strategies.
• Capability to balance creativity with marketing performance objectives.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
