This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop innovative, thought-provoking, and essential insights content for CIOs and AI Leaders focused on AI solution categories.
• Generate new research concepts and provide actionable strategies to meet client needs.
• Evaluate client challenges to uncover root causes and reshape perspectives.
• Exhibit thought leadership regarding the future of Consumer Goods or Insurance Property and Casualty (P&C).
• Investigate and forecast market vendors and trends to deliver actionable insights.
• Aid organizations in their digital transformation and AI initiatives by offering guidance on readiness, strategy, use case prioritization, business case development, architecture, design, and vendor selection.
• Provide independent insights that shape research agendas and assist clients in making informed, unbiased decisions.
• Collaborate with Team Managers and Research Cohort Leads to align stakeholders and achieve impactful results.
• Offer actionable advice to clients through virtual or face-to-face interactions.
• Create and deliver high-value presentations for Gartner events and client briefings.
• Support Research and Sales by voicing market perspectives and enhancing client engagement.
• Review research content among peers to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• Proficiency in selecting, implementing, and maintaining multi-vendor AI Solutions.
• Capability to decompose business problems/use cases into distinct functional capabilities that align with AI Solution Categories.
• Comprehensive understanding of the AI stack (Apps, Middleware Frameworks & Agents, Platforms, Infrastructure + Data).
• Experience in Consumer Goods or Insurance is preferred.
• Proven executive presence; ability to establish credibility with executives and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills; capable of working under tight deadlines while producing high-quality deliverables.
• Exhibit excellence in research and writing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and presentation skills; adept at engaging clients and responding effectively to inquiries.
• Skilled in analyzing and synthesizing data; able to apply patterns and frameworks while formulating and justifying conclusions to client challenges.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities - capable of explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Subject matter expertise; comfortable presenting at both large and small-scale speaking events.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area and its market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support others' workflows in a multicultural global team.
• Learning agile and skilled at navigating highly matrixed environments.
• Capability to effectively represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies at all organizational levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% (where applicable).
