AI Value Partner, Customer Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on conversational, operational, and performance datasets.

• Convert vague business inquiries into structured analytical tasks.

• Evaluate how changes in workflow, behavior, and product usage contribute to business value.

• Design and assess A/B tests and quasi-experiments to gauge Cresta’s impact.

• Set baselines, metrics, and measurement strategies for pilot programs.

• Ensure that results are statistically sound and easily understandable for non-technical stakeholders.

• Create reusable templates and frameworks to ensure consistent experimentation.

• Collaborate directly with customers to direct them towards optimal experiment setups.

• Develop and sustain dashboards that monitor customer ROI.

• Create Python and SQL tools to enhance repeatability, accuracy, and scalability.

• Generate standardized reporting packages for pilots, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and renewals.

• Develop tailored statistical or machine learning models (e.g., segmentation, predictive scoring, lightweight NLP).

• Maintain reusable modeling pipelines for deriving value insights and conducting roadmap analysis.

• Collaborate with Engineering when guidance or support for production is required.

• Transform analyses into clear business and financial narratives.

• Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with data and insights for strategic QBRs.

• Work closely with Product and Engineering on metrics, data accessibility, and analytics improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a data-centric role or relevant academic background.

• Strong expertise in SQL and experience handling large datasets.

• Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).

• Solid grasp of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

• Experience in creating dashboards using tools like Hex, Looker, Tableau, or similar applications.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
