AI Tutor, Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide accurate responses to learners' inquiries, both in writing and verbally.

• Deliver and reinforce training content during live sessions, webinars, classrooms, and through personalized learning assistance.

• Assist learners with their questions, exercises, and projects.

• Administer and evaluate final assessments to determine training outcomes.

• Develop, prepare, and continually enhance educational materials focused on practical GenAI/LLM skills, foundational AI/ML knowledge, and responsible AI practices.

• Maintain the quality of existing training programs and offer feedback to the Learning Team.

• Conduct personalized coaching sessions.

• Provide support to new team members.

• Collaborate with the Coaching Team Lead, the Learning Team, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Play a role in the continuous improvement of training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree or a comparable qualification in a quantitative, analytical, or technical discipline.

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary AI concepts, especially GenAI with an emphasis on LLMs.

• Basic comprehension of training data, models, evaluation, and common limitations in AI.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, workflow integration, and AI agents.

• Familiarity with no-code/low-code AI tools.

• Experience with basic API clients, such as Postman or curl.

• Proficient in Python; experience with SQL, Power BI, or Excel is advantageous.

• Awareness of the ethical, legal, and organizational considerations related to AI applications.

• Teaching experience in conveying technical or subject-specific content to non-technical audiences.

• Understanding of adult education principles and online professional development.

• Strong focus on customer service, empathy, clear communication, and a culture of constructive feedback.

• A proactive mentality, team-oriented spirit, resilience, and adaptability.

• Excellent proficiency in German and English, with a minimum of C1 level.

• EU citizenship or possession of a valid work permit for Germany.
