AI Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases.

• Convert priorities into actionable roadmaps.

• Serve as the practical implementation partner.

• Guide and advise Business Units on cost-effective tool utilization.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles to ensure project progress.

• Conduct AI pilots aimed at generating transferable insights.

• Assist BU’s AI Champions on a daily basis with guidance and resources.

• Facilitate hands-on training sessions to enhance skills at the team level.

• Maintain an up-to-date group AI roadmap.

• Keep the Group Leader updated on progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in driving the adoption of significant change initiatives within complex, multi-site organizations.

• Proficient in managing multiple stakeholder relationships and balancing competing priorities across business units concurrently.

• Experience in business transformation, change management, or senior commercial/operational roles with substantial change exposure, or management consulting with relevant transformation experience.

• Authentic, hands-on experience with AI in a professional setting.

• Familiarity with the realities of operating a Business Unit.

• Proficient in both English and German (written and spoken); knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel for occasional business trips, mainly within Europe but not exclusively.
