📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of the AI transformation initiative.

• Establish the AI strategy and convert it into actionable projects.

• Identify and rank high-priority use cases.

• Revamp workflows and operational models.

• Supervise the rollout of AI projects.

• Promote the utilization of these tools throughout the organization.

• Ensure quantifiable business outcomes.

• Build strategic partnerships with external entities.

• Collaborate intimately with the internal Foundry team.

• Oversee a small team of project managers and data analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (equivalent to Bac+3/4) in engineering, business, operations, computer science, data science, or a similar field.

• Extensive experience in business transformation, operations, digital transformation, AI, data analytics, or program management.

• Demonstrated success in executing cross-functional projects that yield measurable business results.

• Strong knowledge of AI, data analytics, automation, and digital technologies, with the capability to apply them to operational issues.

• Experience in leading small teams and the ability to function effectively within a matrix organization.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.

• Experience collaborating with both internal organizational resources and external partners.
