This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Advocate for the integration of AI within the People division, serving as the primary resource for making AI practical, accessible, and part of daily operations.
• Analyze, assess, and deploy AI-driven tools designed for specific HR applications—from CV evaluation and interview coordination to benefits automation and performance assessment.
• Revamp current People processes utilizing AI agents to minimize errors, eliminate bottlenecks, and reduce manual and repetitive tasks.
• Redesign essential workflows across Recruitment, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Operations, and Performance Management to prioritize an AI-first approach that is scalable.
• Implement AI chatbot and agent solutions capable of addressing employee inquiries and automating high-volume HR support requests.
• Introduce AI tools that create personalized development plans and facilitate quicker, data-driven performance evaluations.
• Establish and sustain a secure, scalable AI framework for the People function with well-defined standards for the safe deployment of tools.
• Ensure all AI initiatives comply with risk management and data protection regulations across the UAE and KSA.
• Develop and execute a structured AI training program that transitions the People team from basic awareness to confident and effective usage.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in the implementation and optimization of AI tools and automations within a business setting—not merely advisory roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of AI platforms, integrations, and workflow automation solutions.
• Experience in integrating AI or technological solutions into existing internal systems and business processes.
• Background in larger or more complex organizations with real experience in compliance, risk management, and data governance regulations.
• Proven track record of managing transformation projects from start to finish, delivering measurable and impactful results.
• Ability to transform complex technical AI capabilities into practical, user-friendly solutions for non-technical HR teams.
• Excellent communication and enablement skills—capable of educating, influencing, and instilling confidence in others regarding AI adoption.
• Nice to Have:
• Previous experience working within or alongside an HR or People function.
• Familiarity with HR technology ecosystems—including ATS platforms, HRIS systems, LMS tools, or performance management software.
• Experience in building or deploying AI chatbots or conversational agents for internal applications.
• Exposure to FinTech, high-growth startups, or regulated industries in the MENA region.
• Practical experience with AI development or prompt engineering workflows.
