This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leaders and process owners across various business teams to pinpoint high-impact AI opportunities.
• Convert business workflows into AI-enabled solutions, including automation, augmentation, and decision support.
• Create business cases and ROI models for AI investments.
• Assess and prioritize initiatives based on ROI, scalability, ease of implementation, and alignment with DISCO's strategic goals.
• Actively develop and deploy AI-powered workflows utilizing tools such as Claude Code/Cowork, Workato, and Amazon Bedrock.
• Collaborate with Business Technology and the AI Innovation Lab for deeper integration, while independently driving lightweight solutions.
• Design and implement strategies for prompt engineering and reusable templates.
• Develop repeatable frameworks and playbooks to facilitate responsible and secure AI adoption at scale.
• Execute an AI testing strategy using frameworks designed for AI testing to ensure ongoing quality improvement.
• Educate and empower teams to effectively and securely utilize AI tools in their daily workflows.
• Work alongside the AI Governance Team and the AI Champions network to establish best practices, governance, and usage guidelines.
• Promote AI literacy and serve as an internal advocate to foster an “AI-first” mindset across the organization through workshops, office hours, and self-service resources.
• Establish success metrics, including time saved, cost reductions, and revenue impacts.
• Continuously refine solutions based on feedback and performance analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards to monitor AI adoption and its impact.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather insights and enhance processes.
• Collaborate with Program Management to communicate the effects of AI across the organization.
• 8–12 years of experience in consulting, operations, or technology roles.
• Experience at firms such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, or similar high-performance environments.
• Proven success in driving cross-functional initiatives and technology-enabled process transformation.
• Practical experience in implementing AI/automation solutions with production-grade testing in a business context.
• History of achieving measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, cost reductions, time savings) through technology initiatives.
• Strong systems thinking capabilities and the ability to map complex workflows.
• High business acumen across various functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Finance, Ops).
• Familiarity with modern AI tools (LLMs, Agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, workflow automation).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization (SQL, Python, dashboarding tools).
• Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
