AI Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and sustain inclusive and comprehensive AI training programs

• Conduct engaging, efficient, and interactive AI learning sessions

• Regularly evaluate and modify the AI and innovation curriculum

• Produce asynchronous learning materials and modules focused on AI

• Collaborate with teams to evaluate existing AI applications, prospects, and requirements

• Lead applied use-case sessions utilizing scenarios relevant to the company

• Offer personalized coaching to employees and teams

• Work alongside leaders to conduct AI and innovation workshops

• Advise leaders on identifying AI learning and tool resource requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of pertinent experience

• Proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs

• Hands-on experience with adult learning principles

• Demonstrated skill in providing effective coaching

• Experience in learning, talent, workforce transformation, or related fields

• Proven background in AI upskilling, digital capability-building, or technology-driven education

• Ability to convert complex and emerging technologies into practical, applied learning experiences

• History of designing and executing reskilling or workforce transition programs

• Excellent communication skills and a consultant mindset

• Relevant certifications in coaching or training are advantageous

• Preferred background in digital transformation or innovation initiatives.
