This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, AI tools, Apollo, Google, GitHub, portfolios, social media, and various other sourcing channels.
• Provide support for executive search and recruiting efforts across diverse international markets and industries.
• Leverage ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI workflows, and automation tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, research, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
• Assist in the design and enhancement of AI-supported sourcing, recruiting, and operational processes.
• Facilitate candidate engagement through outreach, invitation campaigns, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
• Develop and oversee candidate pipelines, ATS/CRM systems, and talent databases.
• Help create job postings, manage their distribution, and track candidates across various recruiting platforms.
• Execute market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence research.
• Contribute to AI-led recruiting efforts and scalable recruiting frameworks.
• Support activities such as reporting, workflow organization, documentation, and operational coordination.
• Assist with business development efforts, lead research, and client intelligence initiatives.
• Take part in international projects, recruiting operations, and strategic growth strategies.
• Discover opportunities to automate repetitive recruiting and research tasks through AI tools.
• Engage in continuous learning of emerging AI technologies, recruiting methodologies, sourcing tactics, and automation systems.
• A strong passion for AI, recruiting, sourcing, startups, business operations, executive search, or technology.
• Exceptional English communication and internet research capabilities.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new software, AI tools, and systems.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Apollo, CRM systems, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or sourcing tools is advantageous.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms such as Recruit CRM, SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar systems is desirable.
• Preferred familiarity with posting and managing job advertisements across LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiting platforms.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• A self-driven, resourceful, curious, and proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, performance-focused setting.
