AI Systems – Operations Integrator

📋 Description

• Assume a pivotal role within a global recruitment and market intelligence firm.

• Enhance operational excellence by strategically implementing workflow automation and intelligence tools.

• Convert existing manual recruitment and business development processes into automated, scalable, and highly efficient systems.

• Develop AI-assisted workflows, automate CRM pipelines, and create clear operational dashboards to improve overall service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in creating automated business processes and integrating workflows.

• Practical experience with workflow automation platforms, particularly n8n, Make, or Zapier.

• Solid understanding of integrating CRMs, email services, webhooks, APIs, and data structures.

• Proven experience in incorporating artificial intelligence and large language models into everyday business workflows.

• Strong aptitude for process mapping, system documentation, and providing technical training to non-technical team members.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
