AI Systems Innovation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing guidance to clients on the sustainable integration of AI technologies within their organizations.

• Facilitating workshops to help clients identify potential AI applications and formulate AI roadmaps.

• Designing and delivering AI training sessions to disseminate knowledge among various stakeholder groups at client organizations.

• Crafting tailored AI solutions to meet specific business needs, in partnership with our offshore AI development team.

• Overseeing and executing AI projects on behalf of our clients.

• Engaging in continuous learning to stay informed about the latest advancements in the AI sector, including new technologies, methodologies, and opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT consulting or similar dynamic roles with a strong degree of personal accountability.

• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, accompanied by a confident demeanor.

• High motivation to self-educate on AI topics and maintain up-to-date knowledge.

• Capacity to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to clients and apply them to specific use cases.

• Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative work style in both German and English.

• Readiness to travel occasionally to provide on-site support to clients as needed.

• Ideally situated in Berlin; however, the position can also be fulfilled remotely within Germany.
