AI Systems & Automation Consultant – Claude Code, Business Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance AI-driven workflows for various businesses and projects.

• Automate processes that are operational, administrative, financial, and customer-facing.

• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities throughout the organization.

• Create scalable systems to boost efficiency, consistency, and decision-making.

• Use Claude Code as the primary environment for development and productivity.

• Develop and sustain reusable prompts, agents, workflows, and AI-enhanced operating systems.

• Organize and oversee multiple Claude projects across various businesses and entities.

• Establish best practices related to AI governance, documentation, knowledge management, and project architecture.

• Create AI-driven solutions that automate recurring workflows and operational tasks.

• Construct and manage workflows using tools such as: Claude Code, n8n, Make, Zapier, Relevance AI, OpenAI, and Anthropic APIs.

• Integrate systems across CRM platforms, financial tools, document management systems, marketing platforms, and internal operating systems.

• Analyze business processes and propose automation strategies and technology solutions.

• Develop SOPs, documentation, and implementation plans to facilitate scalability.

• Assist in the development and automation of a lending platform that connects borrowers and investors.

• Create workflows for: KYC and onboarding, Investor onboarding, Deal intake, Loan application processing, Automated document generation, Pipeline management, Reporting, and dashboards.

• Aid in the acquisition and optimization of SaaS businesses by: Mapping operational processes, Identifying automation opportunities, Building AI-enabled operating systems, Automating reporting, customer support, and internal workflows, and Developing repeatable frameworks that can be implemented across multiple portfolio companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in building automation systems and workflows (minimum of 3 years).

• Advanced proficiency with Claude Code.

• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.

• Practical experience with n8n and/or similar automation platforms.

• Strong comprehension of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent architecture.

• Experience in working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Strong capabilities in systems thinking and process design.

• Ability to independently create end-to-end automation solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
