AI Systems & Automation Consultant, Claude Code, Business Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and enhance AI-driven workflows across various businesses and projects.

• Automate processes in operational, administrative, financial, and customer-facing areas.

• Identify bottlenecks and explore opportunities for automation throughout the organization.

• Develop scalable systems that boost efficiency, consistency, and decision-making.

• Continuously refine and enhance the existing automation infrastructure.

• Utilize Claude Code as the primary environment for development and productivity.

• Create and maintain reusable prompts, agents, workflows, and AI-assisted operating systems.

• Organize and oversee multiple Claude projects across diverse businesses and entities.

• Establish best practices related to AI governance, documentation, knowledge management, and project architecture.

• Develop AI-powered solutions that automate repetitive workflows and operational processes.

• Construct and manage workflows utilizing tools such as Claude Code, n8n, Make, Zapier, Relevance AI, OpenAI, and Anthropic APIs.

• Integrate systems across CRM platforms, financial tools, document management systems, marketing platforms, and internal operating systems.

• Analyze business processes and propose automation strategies and technology solutions.

• Create SOPs, documentation, and implementation plans to facilitate scalability.

• Assist in the acquisition and optimization of SaaS businesses by: mapping operational processes, identifying automation opportunities, developing AI-enabled operating systems, and automating reporting, customer support, and internal workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in building automation systems and workflows (minimum of 3 years).

• Advanced expertise in Claude Code.

• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.

• Practical experience with n8n and/or similar automation platforms.

• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent architecture.

• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Excellent systems thinking and process design abilities.

• Capability to independently build end-to-end automation solutions.

• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable with understanding and working within: financial workflows, lending processes, business operations, SaaS business models, and investment and due diligence processes.

• Ability to translate high-level business objectives into practical systems and workflows.
