AI Strategy, Transformation & Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders and functional teams across portfolio companies to identify operational challenges, requirements, and priorities.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and convert vaguely defined issues into precise business requirements.

• Analyze current-state processes to uncover bottlenecks, manual tasks, duplicated efforts, data deficiencies, and control challenges.

• Conduct root-cause analysis and develop practical future-state processes and operational models.

• Assess and propose combinations of process improvements, AI applications, automation, and system modifications.

• Establish success metrics and evaluate business value.

• Pinpoint actionable AI opportunities within Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, HR, and Operations.

• Create AI-enabled workflows and prototype solutions in collaboration with business users.

• Transform business requirements into system configurations and workflows.

• Enhance and implement CRM, Helpdesk, ERP, HRMS, project management, and reporting systems.

• Develop or configure workflow automations as necessary.

• Oversee testing, UAT, data validation, documentation, rollout, and user acceptance.

• Resolve implementation challenges and ensure projects are completed successfully.

• Examine operational and business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

• Create management reports, KPI frameworks, and dashboards.

• Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

• Collaborate across multiple B2B software businesses and diverse transformation initiatives.

• Drive initiatives from discovery through analysis, solution design, implementation, adoption, and measurable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Consulting, Business Transformation, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Operations Transformation, SaaS Operations, or a related field.

• Proven track record in understanding business challenges and crafting practical solutions.

• Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, root-cause analysis, and solution design.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Proficient in using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.

• Experience in applying AI or automation to actual business processes.

• Background in implementing or enhancing CRM, Helpdesk, ERP, HRMS, or project management systems.

• Solid understanding of workflow automation, APIs, integrations, and data flows.

• Strong Excel and business data analysis capabilities.

• Ability to produce clear process maps, business requirements, SOPs, implementation strategies, and management presentations.

• Capacity to independently advance a loosely defined business problem toward implementation.

• Experience in one or more of the specified areas such as consulting, transformation, integration, SaaS operations, AI workflows, automation, business platforms, document processing, or knowledge management is a significant advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript is beneficial; however, coding expertise is not required.
