• Differentiate significant trends from fleeting fads in AI, assisting clients in investing in sustainable strategies rather than following temporary headlines.
• Employ AI-native development processes and agentic IDEs to swiftly prototype functional solutions that clarify abstract ideas.
• Showcase potential outcomes during client sessions, bridging the gap between strategy and tangible results.
• Utilize prompt engineering and LLM-driven code generation to expedite solution development.
• Support clients in gaining a foundational understanding of agentic AI and its feasible applications in their environments.
• Analyze client use cases to determine if agentic architectures are suitable or if simpler solutions would yield better results.
• Assist clients in making deployment choices, including build versus buy decisions, orchestration tools, and rollout phasing.
• Act as an informed intermediary between agentic AI capabilities and the operational realities of the client's business.
• Assess and recommend data architecture models that safeguard PII and citizen data, especially in public sector settings under regulatory scrutiny.
• Develop guardrails, access controls, and governance policies to facilitate AI adoption while maintaining security and public trust.
• Aid clients in differentiating between cloud-based AI solutions and on-premise or hybrid architectures based on their specific data residency and sovereignty needs.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, from executive sponsors to frontline employees, using tailored approaches that address their concerns and readiness.
• Manage organizational complexities and resistance with patience, credibility, and practical empathy, especially in environments where there is fear surrounding AI adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and awareness sessions that foster understanding and momentum without overwhelming participants.
• Mentor client-side personnel to develop internal AI capabilities, reducing reliance on external support over time.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client value across engagements and contribute to the expansion of Liberum's AI practice.
• Publish thought leadership content — such as blog posts, white papers, or articles — to position Liberum as a credible voice in the AI sector for the public domain.
• Represent the practice externally by speaking at agency, industry, and conference events when appropriate.
• Act as the named architect on high-profile engagements and contribute to RFP and SOW processes as the AI subject matter expert.
• **7 or more years** of experience in technology architecture, solutions consulting, or a closely related field, with **at least 3 years dedicated to AI or GenAI solution delivery**.
• **Proven experience in developing AI roadmaps** and translating strategic goals into phased, actionable plans.
• **Hands-on expertise with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering** in production or near-production environments.
• **Familiarity with agentic AI design patterns** and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• **Proficiency in AI-native development workflows**, including agentic IDEs and vibe coding techniques for rapid prototyping.
• **Experience in translating business objectives into technical architecture decisions** — formal business analysis credentials are not mandatory, but the ability to interpret business needs and convey them effectively to technical execution is crucial.
• **Strong understanding of AI data architecture** and the capacity to identify and alleviate privacy and security risks at every stage of an AI pipeline.
• **Demonstrated communication skills.** We require proof — not just claims — that you can convey the same technical material to audiences with varying levels of AI literacy. Acceptable evidence may include recorded presentations, published writings, workshop facilitation samples, or a public portfolio demonstrating AI-related insights.
• **Proven capability to navigate organizational complexities, build consensus, and lead change** in settings with competing priorities or significant resistance.
