AI Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage long-term client initiatives within the realms of Experience Intelligence and Operational Intelligence instead of focusing solely on point solutions.

• Lead the exploration process across customer experience, marketing operations, forecasting, and inventory management.

• Evaluate business performance and pinpoint opportunities for expansion.

• Ensure consistent client engagement and maintain integration within clients’ internal channels.

• Develop a robust business case for defined projects, outlining anticipated business impact, delivery costs, and measurement strategies.

• Compose detailed specifications for specialized engineers and analysts.

• Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

• Promote user adoption following system launches.

• Manage client relationships, discovery processes, business cases, delivery strategies, and overall business results.

• Handle multiple accounts while ensuring quality, client confidence, and profitability.

• Report directly to the AI Practices Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a startup environment, whether in a founding or operational role.

• Proven ability to manage a client relationship in the United States entirely from a remote setting.

• Client-facing experience with the maturity to lead discussions at the executive level.

• Capability to constructively challenge clients and steer conversations back to business challenges.

• In-depth experience with AI-native technologies, tools, products, or workflows that have been developed.

• Proficiency in demonstrating and articulating an Applied AI case study project.

• Technical and analytical understanding of agent systems, data connections, backend architectures, APIs, and implementation considerations.

• Familiarity with SQL/Python is advantageous.

• Ability to interpret a Profit and Loss statement.

• Knowledge of how a Shopify or e-commerce business generates revenue.

• Skill in creating financial models.

• Bonus: experience within a consumer or e-commerce brand from an operational perspective.

• Bonus: published articles or presentations on applied AI.
