AI Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage long-term client programs within the Experience Intelligence and Operational Intelligence domains, focusing on comprehensive solutions rather than isolated ones.

• Lead the discovery process in areas such as customer experience, marketing operations, forecasting, and inventory management.

• Assess business performance and pinpoint opportunities for growth.

• Develop business cases that outline anticipated business impact, delivery costs, and methods of measurement.

• Create detailed specifications for engineers and analysts.

• Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

• Promote the adoption of solutions post-implementation.

• Manage client relationships, lead discovery efforts, construct business cases, provide delivery direction, and ensure measurable results.

• Act as the main point of contact for accounts, managing them independently and reporting to the AI Practices Lead.

• Collaborate with specialists and contractors to implement applied AI systems for retail and consumer brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a startup environment, whether through building or operating.

• Proven experience managing a United States client relationship entirely remotely.

• Client-facing experience with the maturity to engage in executive-level discussions.

• Extensive hands-on experience with AI-native tools, products, or workflows that have been developed.

• Ability to demonstrate and articulate an Applied AI case study project.

• Technical and analytical proficiency with agent systems, data connections, backend architectures, APIs, and implementation considerations.

• Experience with SQL and Python is advantageous.

• Capability to interpret a P&L statement, explain the revenue generation of a Shopify or e-commerce business, and construct financial models.

• Bonus: Experience working on the operator side of a consumer or e-commerce brand.

• Bonus: Published articles or presentations on applied AI.

• A GitHub profile is required.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
