AI Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with client executives and operational teams to analyze the current state of the business — understanding how operations function today, identifying areas of friction, and determining the most impactful changes.

• Recognize and prioritize significant AI opportunities while articulating the ROI in a manner that influences decision-making.

• Convert disorganized qualitative feedback into coherent narratives, actionable plans, and prioritized roadmaps.

• Partner with our engineers to develop solutions — defining the scope of what needs to be built, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring that execution aligns with business objectives.

• Deliver recommendations to C-suite executives and maintain alignment between business and technical stakeholders throughout the engagement.

• Manage the transition to implementation to ensure no details are lost in the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience; a strong preference for candidates from top-tier strategy consulting firms, although we welcome applicants with backgrounds in product, strategy, or operations from AI-driven companies.

• An AI-native mindset — you utilize AI tools on a daily basis and approach challenges by considering the fundamental principles of AI.

• Strong discovery and diagnostic skills — you possess the ability to ask the right questions and discern what is truly important.

• Comfortable in executive settings and capable of engaging effectively with C-suite stakeholders.

• Excellent synthesis skills — you can distill complex information into clear, actionable strategies.

• Ability to collaborate with technical partners — you do not need to write production code, but you can co-develop solutions with engineers and facilitate communication in both directions.

• Self-motivated, thrives in uncertain environments, and is enthusiastic about the rapid pace of an early-stage, fast-growing organization.
