AI Specialist – Public

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assess the external landscape for public AI tools relevant to Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding.

• Design and implement training programs for operations personnel on the safe, compliant, and effective use of AI tools.

• Offer initial operational support to teams utilizing approved external AI applications.

• Recognize high-impact operational use cases where the success of a public tool warrants the development of internal, proprietary solutions.

• Monitor key performance indicators related to user adoption rates, training completion, and individual time efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in fund operations, transfer agency, or fund accounting.

• Proven track record of identifying process enhancements and achieving quantifiable operational results.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with public generative AI tools.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with end-users to promote training and adoption.

• Comprehensive understanding of data privacy and information security principles in the financial services sector.

• Outstanding communication and training abilities.
