AI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the adoption, execution, and optimization of Artificial Intelligence throughout the organization.

• Identify potential areas for integrating AI within business operations.

• Research, assess, and propose AI tools and technologies.

• Formulate strategies for AI adoption along with implementation roadmaps.

• Design, construct, and refine workflows powered by AI.

• Develop intelligent automation solutions to minimize manual tasks.

• Create AI agents for executing tasks and providing decision support.

• Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems utilizing APIs and automation platforms.

• Craft and enhance prompts tailored for various AI models.

• Establish reusable prompt libraries and AI playbooks.

• Enhance the quality of AI responses through testing and iterative processes.

• Set up and oversee AI-powered automation platforms.

• Construct workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, or comparable platforms.

• Connect AI services with CRMs, databases, cloud storage, communication platforms, and productivity tools.

• Troubleshoot and enhance AI automation processes.

• Develop internal AI assistants trained on company documentation.

• Organize and structure knowledge bases for AI retrieval efficiency.

• Enhance information accessibility through Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or similar methodologies.

• Monitor AI performance and ensure the quality of output.

• Maintain responsible and secure deployment of AI technologies.

• Document AI solutions, workflows, and best practices.

• Suggest enhancements based on performance metrics and user feedback.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to discover automation opportunities.

• Provide training to internal teams on AI tools and best practices.

• Offer technical support and guidance for AI implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in implementing AI solutions within a business context.

• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.

• Exceptional skills in prompt engineering.

• Experience in developing AI workflows and automations.

• Familiarity with automation platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar.

• Solid understanding of AI APIs and their integrations.

• Experience in integrating AI with third-party applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to independently manage multiple projects.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Preferred experience in building AI agents and autonomous workflows.

• Familiarity with concepts of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is preferred.

• Preferred experience with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, or other LLMs.

• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) is preferred.

• Experience with vector databases and embeddings is preferred.

• Understanding of REST APIs and webhooks is preferred.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, or CRM integrations is preferred.

• Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms is preferred.

• Current residency in the Philippines.

• Required work equipment and infrastructure include a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, backup internet, webcam, noise-cancellation headset, dedicated workspace, and power backup.
