This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Bring substantial and credible expertise in practical AI applications to discussions with customers.
• Lead the initial assessment, implementation, and widespread adoption of AgentControl, collaborating closely with current customers to ensure activation and prevent churn, while gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with the AI SME team to create and document Solutions Engineering playbooks and best practices that extend beyond our early adopters.
• Work closely with the AI Strategy Lead and AI SME team to highlight revenue-related insights as the product is rolled out.
• Direct AgentControl POVs to confirm technical success and secure revenue from our largest clients.
• Engage extensively with product and engineering teams to guarantee that product concepts are technically viable and align with LaunchDarkly's strategic objectives.
• Foster continuous improvement by tracking product performance, user experience, and market feedback, iterating based on actionable data and insights.
• Ensure that AgentControl's roadmap aligns with market demand and provides an outstanding experience for the AI developer persona.
• Deliver integrations based on prevalent, quantified customer requests in the form of code contributions, architecture diagrams, and whitepapers.
• Serve as a key technical resource in partnerships with potential allies (such as Anthropic, DataBricks, etc.).
• Actively promote AgentControl at major industry conferences, webinars, partner events, and strategic meetings.
• Collaborate with LaunchDarkly’s AI SE SME team to facilitate broader organizational enablement on AI and the AgentControl product.
• Assist in enabling the Field Team for AgentControl.
• Work alongside the AI Researcher, PMM team, and AI Strategy Lead to develop and maintain competitor playbooks.
• Significant experience with AI applications, including the development, implementation, or sale of AI solutions at scale.
• Experience in constructing multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, AgentBuilder, or AgentCore.
• Practical experience in assessing AI agent performance at scale through automated evaluation techniques.
• Profound understanding of LLM mechanics (you're familiar with 'Attention is All You Need' and can articulate transformer architecture in detail).
• Experience in developing or interfacing with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
• Proficient in Python with experience in building applications using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong grounding in software engineering principles and awareness of current market trends.
• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
