AI Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish and cultivate customer relationships centered around AI and automation topics

• Identify, organize, and prioritize AI use cases

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and appointments with clients and business units

• Convert customer requirements into tangible solution approaches in collaboration with the AI team

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, the Product team, and other customer-facing teams

• Assist in developing repeatable consulting and delivery models related to AI

• Document, prioritize, and communicate relevant requirements and insights derived from customer engagements internally

• Proactively influence and promote the AI topic within tegosgroup

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree can be beneficial — however, practical relevant experience and the capability to drive initiatives independently are our primary focus

• Ideally, experience in a technology-driven environment, consulting, or a high-growth company

• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or digital process solutions — ideally not just theoretical but also practical

• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate customer issues into actionable use cases

• Strong communication skills when engaging with customers, business units, and internal stakeholders

• Basic technical knowledge of APIs, data flows, and digital systems

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills

• Willingness to travel nationally for client meetings
