• Establish and strengthen relationships with AI/ML users to promote adoption, discover new use cases, and enhance usage across customer accounts. This includes regular interactions such as weekly or bi-weekly calls and continuous account management.
• Engage in discovery sessions with customers to comprehend their objectives, share the vision of Arize, showcase product capabilities, and offer customized solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams, including Customer Success Engineering, to meet complex customer needs, ensure seamless implementation, and provide guidance on technical best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions with customers during the onboarding process and when introducing new features.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to illustrate account value, pinpoint areas for growth, and enhance customer partnerships.
• Actively monitor product usage across your accounts to assess account health.
• Partner closely with Account Management and Executive teams to identify upsell opportunities and coordinate on customer health strategies.
• Efficiently communicate customer feature requests to internal teams and advocate for customer needs.
• Ensure that support teams align with customer requests and priorities.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to excel in environments with limited processes.
• Outstanding organizational skills, enabling the effective prioritization and management of multiple customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying insights and promoting collaboration across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to showcase technical products and translate their benefits into customized customer solutions.
• Thrives in dynamic environments with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to achieving measurable outcomes.
• A strong collaborator who values teamwork and shared success.
