AI Solutions Engineer – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assess workflows and pinpoint opportunities for automation within legal and business operations.

• Create an AI strategy that includes recommended tools, AI agents, and prioritization for implementation.

• Design, construct, deploy, and execute AI-driven solutions for client intake, document review, case management, communications, billing, and other essential business processes.

• Architect and develop tailored AI workflows, integrations, and automation solutions that can be scaled throughout the firm.

• Lead initiatives in training, adoption, governance, and change management.

• Provide measurable outcomes and suggestions for ongoing AI development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in implementing AI and automation solutions in legal, professional services, or related fields.

• Proficiency in AI agents, LLM integrations, and platforms such as LangChain, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.

• Experience in building or deploying MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.

• Strong skills in process improvement, executive communication, and change management.

• Preferred background in litigation and legal technology; knowledge of California employment law is a plus.
