AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders and teams to pinpoint opportunities for productivity, automation, and knowledge management.

• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and assessments to collect and document AI use cases.

• Assess opportunities based on their business impact, feasibility, risk, and readiness within the organization.

• Create business cases and recommendations for prioritization and investment decisions.

• Work alongside technology leaders to sustain an enterprise AI opportunity roadmap.

• Act as a subject matter expert and internal advocate for Generative AI and related technologies.

• Promote the adoption of enterprise AI platforms and tools, including solutions such as Codex, Claude for Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and other authorized AI technologies.

• Design and implement training programs, workshops, office hours, and educational resources.

• Mentor employees and teams on effective prompting, workflow design, and responsible AI practices.

• Establish best practices and reusable patterns to help teams quickly and safely derive value from AI tools.

• Configure, integrate, and support AI-powered workflows and solutions under the supervision of technology leadership.

• Aid in the implementation of AI agents, automations, and integrations using approved enterprise platforms.

• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and data teams to ensure solutions meet technical and compliance standards.

• Perform light administration, configuration, testing, and operational support for AI platforms and related services.

• Document solution architectures, implementation strategies, and operational procedures.

• Advocate for responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with security, legal, compliance, and technology teams to ensure adherence to governance practices.

• Keep track of emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to inform the enterprise strategy.

• Help establish standards, metrics, and success measures for AI adoption and realization of business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, automation, or AI enablement.

• Proven expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agentic systems.

• Experience with one or more enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot/Codex, or similar.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and converting business needs into technology solutions.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
