AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design agents, assistants, intelligent automations, and AI workflows linked to business rules, knowledge bases, and user interfaces.

• Coordinate commercial models utilizing N8N, Flowise, language model APIs, and bespoke code.

• Develop and sustain APIs, integrations, and services that connect with systems, CRM, databases, and customer support channels.

• Assess the quality, cost, availability, and performance of AI solutions in production while suggesting ongoing enhancements.

• Document workflows, integrations, and business rules meticulously.

• Offer technical advice to analysts in the domain and assist in overcoming execution challenges.

• Work in tandem with Data and Machine Learning teams to embed data and models into UniScale applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Python and/or JavaScript, software development, automation, or AI solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of N8N, Flowise, or similar tools, with the capability to enhance workflows through coding.

• Proficient in RESTful APIs, integrations, webhooks, authentication, and SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with language models, prompting, RAG, embeddings, and response assessment.

• Understanding of the fundamentals of machine learning and deep learning.

• Experience with Docker, cloud services, version control, and deployment; knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.

• Effective use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
