This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Take ownership of the technical delivery for AI-driven solutions, automation, integrations, and internal AI operating systems.
• Collaborate with clients to evaluate technical feasibility and design tailored solutions.
• Develop AI-powered applications from the initial design phase to production and ongoing enhancements.
• Identify scalable solutions and convert them into reusable modules applicable across various client environments.
• Oversee technical aspects of client audits, evaluating systems, platforms, integrations, data, access, and limitations.
• Perform systems inventories that encompass platforms, licensing, administration, costs, and technical dependencies.
• Analyze integration capabilities, including APIs, webhooks, exports, and system constraints.
• Assess data quality, structure, accessibility, completeness, and interoperability.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments and proof-of-concept experiments.
• Provide technical effort estimates for client recommendations.
• Design, develop, test, and implement AI agents, automations, integrations, internal tools, dashboards, and client portals.
• Support and enhance production AI solutions.
• Construct AI operating systems and tailor solutions for client settings.
• Ensure human approval for client-facing actions, communications, transactions, and critical business activities.
• Troubleshoot and consistently enhance production AI solutions.
• Build and sustain the organization's internal AI operating systems and technology stack.
• Create internal proposal engines, client portals, automation routines, and AI agents.
• Enhance internal efficiency through AI, automation, and system integration.
• Transform recurring project patterns into reusable modules.
• Develop reusable components, integrations, workflows, and technical patterns.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability of existing solutions.
• Contribute to the development of technical standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Engage in client discovery sessions and technical audits.
• Convert business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Communicate technical constraints, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to clients.
• Showcase completed solutions and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with clients while maintaining technical integrity and realistic expectations.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in building and deploying LLM-powered applications beyond conversational chatbots.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, tool utilization, retrieval, structured outputs, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Anthropic API, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors and tool integration.
• Ability to provide examples, repositories, demos, or production systems showcasing delivered work.
• Extensive full-stack development experience using TypeScript/Node.js and React.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in relational databases, especially Supabase/PostgreSQL.
• Experience deploying production applications on platforms like Vercel.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows and maintaining version-controlled production code.
• Proven experience integrating third-party APIs, including those with limited or poorly documented interfaces.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Copilot Studio, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn these technologies.
• Capability to assess unfamiliar systems and determine technical feasibility.
• Strong understanding of security, permissions, data handling, confidentiality, and governance.
• Ability to estimate technical effort based on investigation rather than assumptions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound technical judgement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable participating directly in client discovery and audit sessions.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts, limitations, and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Confident in challenging assumptions and suggesting alternative solutions when necessary.
• At ease demonstrating solutions, receiving feedback, and adapting based on client requirements.
• Strong aptitude for identifying automation and AI opportunities beyond the initial client request.
