This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Overseeing AI projects and ensuring they are delivered on schedule

• Supervising fixed project scope while maintaining effective communication with clients

• Managing monthly financial settlements with clients and team members

• Fostering and nurturing a positive team culture through coaching, facilitation, and shielding the team from distractions

• Administering project resource allocation

• Establishing and assessing metrics to monitor team progress, objectives, and improvement areas

• Effectively handling multiple projects at once, demonstrating exceptional context-switching abilities

• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures

• Managing contracts and agreements that underpin collaboration with clients

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable managerial role

• Proven experience in leading agile teams that deliver AI-based fixed-price projects while ensuring high-quality results

• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management platforms

• Knowledge of project planning activities, including T-shirt sizing, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and defining acceptance criteria

• Practical experience in managing, influencing, and evaluating team performance in a global, multinational setting

• Experience in monitoring and ensuring project margins and profitability

• Proven capability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously and switch contexts seamlessly

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Polish
