This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Audit, enhance, and scale current client-facing automation systems.
• Create sophisticated automation workflows utilizing tools such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Develop and sustain comprehensive technical documentation (SOPs, guides, internal knowledge base).
• Integrate various tools and platforms through APIs and webhooks.
• Design comprehensive AI and automation systems customized to meet client business requirements.
• Construct workflows for lead generation, nurturing, content creation, and sales pipelines.
• Design integrations across CRM, email, calendars, payment systems, and project management tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot live systems to guarantee performance and scalability.
• Convert technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations to clients and internal teams on optimal implementation strategies.
• Develop structured outlines for technical content (videos, documentation, articles).
• Offer ongoing technical support across various systems and workflows.
• Manage and scale internal automation systems for onboarding, operations, and data management.
• Build and maintain CRM systems, primarily using GoHighLevel.
• Ensure all systems are dependable, efficient, and scalable.
• Over 3 years of practical experience in constructing automation systems in real business settings.
• Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel (HighLevel).
• Extensive experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar).
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience in connecting CRMs with email platforms, calendars, payments, and project management tools.
• Proficiency in data structuring using Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
• Experience in incorporating AI into workflows and business processes.
• Excellent documentation skills (SOPs, user guides, technical specifications).
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) with the ability to clarify complex systems effectively.
• Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders.
• Strong product mindset (scalability, UX, maintainability, build vs. buy evaluations).
• Self-motivated with the capability to manage projects autonomously.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a systems-thinking approach.
