This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Provide exceptional AI enablement, consulting, and solution engineering for designated business units.
• Develop customized AI workflows, agents, and lightweight full-stack internal tools.
• Offer solution consulting: evaluate team workflows, pinpoint AI opportunities, and plan and implement enhancements.
• Curate prompt libraries, skill repositories, and other context for agents related to MRO.
• Design and execute role-specific AI training and coaching for targeted groups.
• Create and sustain playbooks, documentation, and knowledge bases for AI tools and workflows.
• Collect and analyze feedback on barriers to AI adoption and communicate insights to leadership.
• Generate customer-facing thought leadership in AI applications within the healthcare sector.
• Proven expertise in applied AI: practical experience in developing LLM-based applications, agents, and prompt engineering at scale.
• Proficient with AI and agentic coding and development tools (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Github Copilot).
• Strong foundation in software engineering or technical skills, including proficiency in Python and familiarity with at least one major cloud AI platform (GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock).
• Background in Healthcare IT, adherence to HIPAA regulations, and commitment to responsible AI practices.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation in AI (self-directed learning, side projects, internal AI experiments).
• Exceptional communication skills for consulting, training, documentation, and engaging with cross-team stakeholders.
