AI Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Process Discovery & Optimization: Collaborate with Engineering, IT Operations, and key business stakeholders to assess existing workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and reveal high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation and process enhancement.

• Create & Implement Intelligent Automation Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive AI-powered workflows and intelligent agents utilizing a mix of custom software development and low-code/no-code automation platforms.

• Advocate for AI Adoption: Spearhead the organization's AI capabilities by mentoring, coaching, and empowering team members in AI best practices, prompt engineering, and agentic technologies to nurture a culture of ongoing innovation.

• Enhance Business Productivity: Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify repetitive manual tasks and execute practical AI and automation solutions that boost efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

• Establish AI Governance & Best Practices: Ensure that all AI and automation projects comply with organizational security protocols, data privacy standards, and robust Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, while promoting scalable and sustainable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proven experience in designing and deploying Generative AI solutions, AI agents, and LLM-powered workflows.

• Practical experience with both software development and low-code/no-code automation platforms such as n8n, Celigo, Zapier, or Google Apps Script.

• Strong grasp of software engineering principles, APIs, system integrations, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, redesign, and enhance business processes through automation and AI-driven solutions.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong communication, mentoring, and change management skills.

• Experience with AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks is highly valued.

• Positive demeanor with a solution-oriented mindset in all aspects of work.

• Capability to work independently and collaborate with other departments as necessary.
