AI Solution Consultant, AI Transformation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess customer workflows and pinpoint areas for AI and automation enhancement

• Create AI solutions, strategic roadmaps, and design specifications

• Analyze Conversational AI, Agent Assist, and Interaction Analytics

• Develop business cases, ROI assessments, and pricing strategies

• Present solutions and provide guidance to clients and key decision-makers

• Establish blueprints and best practices

• Work collaboratively with Business Development, Account Management, and Operations

• Assist clients in creating an AI-driven customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI, technology consulting, digital transformation, solution consulting, or product management

• Proven experience in customer engagement and collaboration with decision-makers

• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and automation practices

• Preferably, experience in Conversational AI, Agent Assist, or Interaction Analytics

• Expertise in developing business cases, ROI evaluations, and solution designs

• Familiarity with the customer service/contact center sector is a plus

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel

• Professional demeanor with a methodical and analytical work approach

• Strong initiative, excellent communication abilities, and effective teamwork skills
