AI Solution Consultant – AI Transformation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess customer workflows to uncover possibilities for AI and automation integration.

• Design and create AI solutions, including roadmaps and architectural designs.

• Analyze Conversational AI, Agent Assist, and Interaction Analytics technologies.

• Develop business cases, perform ROI assessments, and create pricing models.

• Communicate solutions and provide guidance to clients and stakeholders.

• Create blueprints and establish best practices.

• Work closely with Business Development, Account Management, and Operations teams.

• Assist clients on their path towards a customer experience enhanced by AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI, technology consulting, digital transformation, solution consulting, or product management.

• Proven experience in customer engagement and interaction with decision-makers.

• Strong knowledge of AI technologies and automation practices.

• Familiarity with Conversational AI, Agent Assist, or Interaction Analytics is advantageous.

• Experience in developing business cases, conducting ROI analyses, and crafting solution designs.

• Understanding of the customer service/contact center landscape is beneficial.

• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

• Demonstrated confidence with a structured, analytical work approach.

• Strong initiative, excellent communication abilities, and effective teamwork skills.

• A background in development or traditional IT architecture is not necessary; the emphasis is on addressing customer challenges with suitable AI/technology solutions that deliver business value.
