AI Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive AI architectures that align with tangible business objectives rather than merely technical feasibility.

• Develop AI solutions encompassing prevalent enterprise models: copilots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and document intelligence, conversational AI, workflow automation, and multi-agent systems.

• Design AI agents incorporating tool invocation, memory, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls, while understanding when to avoid autonomy.

• Establish AI-compatible data layers: vector stores, semantic search, knowledge graphs, metadata, and RAG pipelines rooted in enterprise knowledge.

• Seamlessly integrate AI with record systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM, finance, collaboration tools) through APIs and event streams.

• Propel AI adoption throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - encompassing AI-assisted design, coding, testing, review, documentation, and CI/CD - while evaluating its effectiveness.

• Offer technical guidance: establish architecture standards, governance, mentoring, and client engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in solution or software architecture, including a minimum of 3 years in delivering production-level AI solutions (not solely prototypes).

• Practical experience with at least one leading Large Language Model (LLM) platform: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.

• Hands-on experience with at least one agentic framework — LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI Agents SDK.

• Proficiency in Python, along with substantial experience in at least one primary cloud service (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Practical experience in building RAG systems and engaging with vector databases.

• Experience in system integration using APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders — capable of articulating trade-offs to both executives and engineers.
