This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design, develop, and sustain internal web applications utilizing AI-assisted development environments, swiftly transforming business needs into functional software while adhering to reliability and security protocols.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint high-cost or underutilized software that could be substituted with targeted internal tools, and assess the cost savings generated by each replacement initiative.
β’ Produce clean, well-documented, and maintainable code in accordance with best practices for source control and deployment; implement security and data protection standards across all internal tools.
β’ Engage directly with stakeholders from various departments to define, prioritize, and demonstrate new tools; ensure clear backlog communication and thoroughly document each tool for organizational continuity.
β’ Keep abreast of advancements in AI development tools and techniques, establish and report on delivery KPIs (tools delivered, cost savings, adoption rates, uptime), and suggest new prospects for internal tooling.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in building and deploying web applications with a proven ability to deliver functional software rapidly.
β’ Proficient in English (both written and spoken) β capable of effective communication with US-based teams and stakeholders.
β’ Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (such as Replit, Claude Code, Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms).
β’ Expertise in modern web technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python.
β’ Experience in developing applications that interface with third-party SaaS platforms through REST APIs.
β’ Demonstrated experience working within Scrum/Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and iterative delivery.
β’ Strong judgment regarding build-versus-buy decisions and the ability to prioritize tasks for maximum business impact.
