AI Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Designing, creating, and refining prompts for large language models.

• Improving the performance and output quality of AI-driven applications and services.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to discover opportunities where agentic AI can add value.

• Building scalable infrastructures for high-throughput, low-latency operations.

• Promoting continuous automation throughout the business.

• Managing AI solutions comprehensively, from design to deployment and ongoing monitoring.

• Converting complex requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions.

• Developing frameworks for the seamless integration of multiple AI models and tools.

• Ensuring that system designs prioritize security, compliance, and ethical considerations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience and 2 years in AI system development, with a minimum of six months concentrating on prompt engineering or agentic AI architectures.

• Proficient in Python and familiar with relevant libraries and frameworks.

• Skilled in modern programming languages applicable to agentic AI engineering.

• Experience in supporting Cloud platform infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Demonstrated success in deploying AI solutions in production environments.

• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, ensuring efficient and optimized performance of AI systems.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Experience will be considered in place of a degree.

• Familiarity with Go (Golang).

• Strong skills in data visualization.
