AI Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and develop AI-driven features, agents, and integrations on our AI product platform, which is built on FILAKS.PLUS through the API bridge.

• Develop the next generation of agents (service, sales, back office) from initial concept to full production for actual dealership clients.

• Work closely with product and sales teams to convert business challenges into effective technical solutions.

• Take full ownership of the process: scoping, building, delivering, measuring, and iterating.

• Actively utilize modern AI-supported coding workflows (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to deliver quickly and effectively within a small team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid foundation in software engineering principles. You produce clean, production-ready code and can adapt to any programming language or technology stack.

• Practical experience deploying AI solutions in a production environment. You have successfully launched real features using LLMs, agents, or AI tools — not just prototypes.

• Strong skills in problem framing. You comprehend the business requirements before diving into coding.

• Exceptional communication abilities. You can effectively convey technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and build their trust.

• Proactive individual who works efficiently and enhances codebases beyond their original state.

• Proficient in both German and English (C1 level or higher in both) to engage with customers in the DACH region and collaborate with colleagues from the global Valsoft group.
