AI Security Specialist – Microsoft Copilot, 3rd Level Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Conducting routine security evaluations of Copilot implementations, identifying risks like prompt injection, model tampering, and data poisoning.

• Crafting and executing secure architectures utilizing Identity and Access Management, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles.

• Creating threat models and carrying out security testing, including controlled red-team exercises.

• Establishing monitoring capabilities to detect anomalies and respond to security incidents related to Copilot usage.

• Offering advanced (3rd level) support for intricate security, performance, and usage challenges.

• Empowering support teams through documentation, guardrails, training, and establishing escalation processes.

• Setting and enforcing security policies, controls, and operational guardrails for Copilot environments.

• Evaluating the security of custom plugins and third-party integrations.

• Reviewing data flows and verifying encryption and data protection mechanisms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity.

• More than 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure security environments.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and threat modeling.

• Hands-on experience with scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or C#.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work in cross-functional settings and communicate effectively.
