AI Security Solutions Consultant – リモート

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Delivering technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for the deployment of Falcon's AI-driven detection and response capabilities.

• Aiding customers in refining AI-enhanced threat detection models and automated response processes.

• Configuring and fine-tuning machine learning algorithms to minimize false positives while ensuring high detection effectiveness.

• Creating and executing AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations.

• Resolving AI-related customer issues across a spectrum of enterprise sizes.

• Developing scripting and application solutions utilizing Falcon APIs to bolster AI functionalities.

• Collaborating closely with customers to analyze AI-generated alerts and insights.

• Utilizing CrowdStrike's AI capabilities to improve vulnerability prioritization and asset management.

• Supporting customers in integrating Falcon's AI functionalities into their current security tools and workflows.

• Assisting Incident Response teams with AI-enhanced threat hunting and forensic assessments.

• Designing and conducting AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team.

• Collaborating with the Platform Professional Services team to create customer-facing AI materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 8 years of experience in IT deployments or within an end user/customer environment.

• Strong grasp of AI and machine learning principles, especially in cybersecurity contexts.

• In-depth knowledge of software deployment technologies.

• Extensive familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

• Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms.

• Understanding of data science principles and their relevance to security operations.

• Background in security automation and orchestration platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication skills and an effective ability to foster collaborative relationships.

• Significant experience presenting technical AI information to diverse audiences.

• Strong expertise in computer and network systems security.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify solutions for unique and complex challenges.

• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing work and prioritizing customer projects.

• Experience in mentoring colleagues.

• Some background in leading a team to achieve project completion.
