This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Oversee the establishment and implementation of AI Security Governance strategies.
β’ Convert AI security requirements into actionable governance processes throughout the entire AI lifecycle.
β’ Create presentations for executives and strategic communications.
β’ Act as a liaison between security and business stakeholders by translating risks, controls, recommendations, and governance expectations into actionable strategies.
β’ Manage AI Security Governance initiatives, which include workplans, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, steering committees, and delivery activities.
β’ Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to clarify ownership models, escalation paths, governance processes, and implementation priorities.
β’ Promote governance adoption and organizational enablement through guidance, training resources, communication plans, and frameworks.
β’ Track program performance and continuous improvement, offering reporting, insights, recommendations, and governance metrics to leadership teams.
β’ Collaborate closely with the AI Security Governance Architect.
β’ Proven experience in Cybersecurity Consulting, Security Governance, Security Strategy, Technology Risk, GRC, or Security Transformation initiatives.
β’ Solid technical foundation in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with prior experience in security, architecture, engineering, or technical consulting roles.
β’ Familiarity with AI Security, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents, including risks like prompt injection, exposure of sensitive data, excessive permissions, unsafe tool execution, and third-party dependencies.
β’ Experience in defining or implementing governance frameworks, operating models, decision forums, ownership structures, reporting mechanisms, and security oversight processes.
β’ Strong comprehension of Application Security, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management, Data Protection, Secure Development, and Security Monitoring.
β’ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of distilling complex security topics into clear recommendations and high-quality stakeholder presentations.
β’ Background in managing projects, workstreams, stakeholder engagement, risks, dependencies, and executive governance forums.
β’ Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to unify business leaders, security teams, architects, and technical specialists around shared goals.
β’ Excellent analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, writing skills, and the capability to independently advance initiatives.
β’ Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across security, architecture, engineering, risk, and business functions.
β’ Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
