AI Search Performance Lead, SEO, GEO/AEO – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the growth of qualified leads to publitas.com through organic and AI-driven search channels

• Enhance SEO performance by focusing on technical health, rankings, and the quality of content on pages that drive the pipeline

• Ensure Publitas is referenced in AI-generated responses and track citation share over time

• Implement attribution for organic and AI-referred traffic leading to qualified leads

• Create and establish automation for monitoring, content management, and optimization

• Validate an agent-based engine with human-in-the-loop assessment, propose the architecture, and develop systems that enhance qualified lead growth

• Utilize LLMs in daily tasks and develop AI-driven systems to be reviewed by humans

• Document and transfer systems to ensure they are not reliant on a single individual

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of achieving SEO results from start to finish with a focus on conversion or lead generation, not just traffic

• Experience in getting content included in AI-generated answers and evaluating citation performance

• Practical skills in implementing automation using Claude Code, LLM APIs, and Python or similar technologies

• Measurement-driven mindset, including setting up attribution instruments prior to scaling

• AI-native execution with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI for enhancing work and achieving measurable results

• Capability to document and transfer ownership of developed systems

• Background in B2B SaaS, martech, or related e-commerce fields (preferred)

• Experience in creating competitive-monitoring or content workflows utilizing LLMs and human review processes (preferred)

• Familiarity with GA4 and AI citation tracking tools such as Profound, Otterly, or Ahrefs Brand Radar (preferred)
