AI Safety Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Participate in a short-term AI safety initiative during the week of October 5th, 2026.

• Leverage domain knowledge and extensive red-teaming skills to address an AI safety issue.

• Operate autonomously and maintain consistent communication during a high-intensity sprint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the U.S.

• Must be available for at least 3 hours per day during the week of October 5th, 2026.

• Dependable availability and quick responsiveness throughout the fast-paced sprint.

• Excellent written English skills and a strong attention to detail.

• Background in AI safety, red teaming, cybersecurity, trust and safety, content moderation, policy assessment, or adversarial testing.

• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

• Proven red-teaming experience.

• This opportunity is not suited for entry-level candidates.
