This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate funnel performance, conversion trends, pipeline dynamics, campaign effectiveness, and lead flow.
• Leverage data and reports from a variety of tools such as CRM, Marketing Automation Platforms, spreadsheets, BI tools, and structured analyses to pinpoint gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Facilitate forecasting, pipeline initiatives, attribution, pipeline inspection, revenue reporting, risk management, retention, expansion, and business health initiatives through strong operational and systems-based thinking.
• Define actionable insights from these signals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps stakeholders to discern which workflows should be human-led, AI-assisted, or suitable for automation.
• Work closely with Sales Enablement to ensure the integration of AI into Sales training.
• Convert reporting and analytical insights into workflow enhancements, automation possibilities, and data requirements.
• Automate repetitive revenue operations tasks such as lead routing, enrichment, follow-up prompts, campaign triggers, pipeline hygiene, task creation, operational alerts, and data quality checks.
• Develop internal copilots, agents, workflow assistants, and AI-enhanced tools that empower Sales and Marketing teams to act more swiftly, consistently, and effectively by monitoring signals, recommending actions, triggering workflows, supporting engagement, and aiding in pipeline movement.
• Experiment, develop, and scale business logic, signal models, operating rules, and success criteria for AI-enabled revenue workflows that assist in summarizing account activity, identifying next-best actions, prioritizing leads or opportunities, surfacing pipeline risks, and enhancing follow-up consistency.
• Create feedback loops to enhance workflow logic, agent behavior, recommendation quality, and overall business impact over time.
• Collaborate with Technology on LLM usage, agent patterns, integration strategies, data boundaries, monitoring, and production deployment where workflows necessitate cross-system or enterprise-level implementation.
• Coordinate with Technology, Data, Security, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to align automation initiatives with company standards for data access, privacy, security, auditability, and system reliability.
• Utilize existing data infrastructure where possible and identify data gaps that hinder revenue visibility, automation, or AI-driven decision-making.
• Partner with technical teams on APIs, integrations, orchestration patterns, monitoring, and scalable deployment where workflows cross system boundaries.
• Continuously test, iterate, and refine workflow logic, messaging, routing, prioritization, automation rules, and AI-assisted recommendations.
• Create practical reporting that demonstrates whether automation and AI-assisted workflows are enhancing revenue operations performance.
• Use insights from pilots and production workflows to refine future automation priorities and shape the broader revenue automation roadmap.
• Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar systems-oriented builder role.
• Comprehensive understanding of data governance, RevOps & Marketing data structures, lifecycle architecture, funnel management, attribution models, data hygiene, and reporting frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in creating automations, workflows, operational processes, or AI-assisted tools within business systems.
• Experience in analyzing funnel performance, pipeline movement, campaign effectiveness, conversion trends, or similar revenue performance metrics.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM reporting, BI tools, or similar environments to validate assumptions and uncover operational opportunities.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, as well as Rev Intell tools like Gong and marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI-assisted workflows, APIs, automation tools, or orchestration platforms such as Zapier, Workato, custom scripts, or agent frameworks.
• Ability to convert business challenges into structured workflows, automation requirements, reporting needs, and measurable outcomes.
• Capacity to effectively collaborate with Technology, Data, Security, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• A proactive attitude toward action and experimentation, with the discernment to differentiate between analysis, prototypes, controlled pilots, and production-grade workflows.
• Comfort in operating within a developing environment where reporting, data quality, workflow discipline, and AI-enabled automation may need to evolve concurrently.
